How to Request Books or Articles

Requesting Books from other NEOS Libraries

1. To request a book from another NEOS Library, search the catalogue and locate the item.
2. From the detailed view of the item, click on "Request/Hold This Item" just below the description of the item.
3. Enter your library barcode and PIN.
4. Use the drop-down menu to select **Concordia** as your desired pickup location.

Requesting Articles from other NEOS Libraries

1. To request an article from another NEOS Library, enter the article citation into the Article Finder.
2. Follow the links to search other NEOS Libraries, and to complete an online interlibrary loan form.

Requesting Books and Articles not available within NEOS (Inter Library Loans)

1. To request a book or article from outside NEOS, send complete citation or bibliographic information to the Interlibrary Loan Technician.
2. We will contact you with available options, turnaround times, and prices before proceeding with the request.
