Concordia students can search for full-text online journal articles through one of many online databases.
Items must be borrowed using your Concordia Library card (Student ID card).
Items can be borrowed from and returned to NEOS library locations.
The Concordia Library does not mail physical items directly to distance students so it is important to know which libraries are located in your vicinity.
As a Concordia student you can request a TAL (The Alberta Library) Card or COPPUL Card which can be used to borrow from the following:
six week loan period.
Reserves items are for in-house use or overnight use only and loan periods vary.
Reference materials and periodicals/journals are for in-house use only.
Curriculum collection items are available for loan to Concordia patrons only.
Four renewals are allowed, unless another library user has placed a hold in the item.
Normally, NEOS materials may be renewed twice, unless the material is requested by another user.
For renewal of TAL, COPPUL and COPPUL/OCUL library materials, consult with the lending library.
Fines for Concordia non-reserve items is $1.00 / day.
Fines for Concordia reserve items is $1.00 / hour.
Students may photocopy journal articles and sections from books in person.
A copier is available on the main floor of the library and copies cost 15 cents per page.
